Job Description
ProSidian is a Management and Operations Consulting Services Firm seeking a Lead Consultant, Compensation Programs and HR Systems - Operations to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in the compensation field and a deep knowledge of market pricing methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 15+ years experience in the compensation field
- Previous experience working at or with a company government subcontractor
- Previous experience working in/for the SRR/SRMC compensation department
- Previous consulting experience with deep knowledge of market pricing methodology
- Project management experience
- Experience using MarketPay and JDExpert software
- Proven strong analytics with ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data
