Mechanical Maintenance Specialist - Integration Management

ProSidian is a Management and Operations Consulting Services Firm seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist - Integration Management to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in maintenance, plant engineering, or nuclear plant operations with a B.S. degree in engineering, or 7 years of experience with an AAS degree, or 10 years of experience with a high school diploma.

Requirements

• Scope development and preparation of work activities
• Mentoring existing Maintenance First Line Managers
• Ensuring Task Readiness
• Ensuring schedules are logically correct and include Work Package approvals, Pre-Job Briefing(s), Lockout(s)/Tagout(s), LCOs, and Post Maintenance Tests (PMTs)
• Meet with Work Window Coordinator/Operations/Engineering/Maintenance personnel to review and resolve maintenance schedule impacts
• Reviews and approves work packages, lockouts, procedures, etc.
• Interfaces with Engineering, RCO, and other support groups to ensure adequate support for field activities
• Evaluate and improve individual mechanic performance
