The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of federal government business operations and work process, with experience in client/account relationship management, and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. The PPM Account Manager will oversee the monitoring of executive satisfaction and service delivery, maintain relationships with executives and managers, and provide daily execution of assigned work functions.
