ProSidian is seeking a PPM Contract Analyst to support an engagement for an American scientific agency within the United States Department of Commerce. The PPM Contract Analyst shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, and must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position.
Requirements
- Support requirements for Program Support
- Support contracting/procurement processes, including contract planning through contract close-out/deobligation
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), government specific regulations, and be current and knowledgeable of acquisition streamlining initiatives and reforms
- Demonstrate expertise in all life cycle phases of contracting
- Develop Acquisition Plans and other procurement justification and approval documentation
- Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices
- Work with a variety of IT systems to provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services
- Provide acquisition support for all bureaus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Conduct reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices in order to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors
