PPM Program Administration Specialist - CO

ProSidian is seeking a PPM Program Administration Specialist to support an engagement for an American scientific agency within the United States Department of Commerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal government business operations and work process, with a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of work experience in preparing reports and delivering contract deliverables.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in a related field (or equivalent)
• Approximately 4 years of related experience
• Strong understanding of federal government business operations and work process
• Ability to use a computer to communicate via email and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a variety of IT systems and provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services on behalf of Enterprise Services
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices
• Ability to use Visio and Project
