Outside Sales Representative

Outside sales positions communicate with Customers and leads to identify and suggest product needs by demonstrating the functions of the products to meet their needs. Outside Sales Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with current clientele, identifying product recommendations, and ensuring Customer satisfaction through on-going communication and relationship management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Undergraduate Degree (preferred)
• Previous sales experience
• Knowledge of appliance, lighting or plumbing industry (preferred)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain results and comfortable with team-spirited competition
• Provides exceptional Customer Service through enthusiasm for the Company and products offered
• Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal skills, detail oriented and proficient in basic computer skills
• Must be able to travel up to 75%
• Must be able to communicate with Customers and Builders
• Must be able to use a standard computer
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
