Job Description
The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the company’s accounting operations through accurate daily cash management, general ledger maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliation.
Requirements
- Manage daily cash activity
- Process and maintain Key2Bank transactions
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure posted accounts payable transactions were properly coded
- Monitor and review unbilled accounts payable
- Track and review direct shipments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls
