Job Description
The Food Quality & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of food safety and quality documentation across manufacturing facilities, supporting risk minimization efforts and building a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ensure documentation complies with food safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine audits and sampling of policies, procedures, and data to confirm accuracy and adherence.
- Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and track resolution outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date and precise records of quality checks, testing outcomes, and compliance reports.
- Support internal and external audits including BRC, SQF, and customer audits.
- Conduct packaging and product specification reviews as required.
- Assist the Group Quality Manager with reports, data analysis, and special projects.
