Job Description
Prospect Capital is seeking a highly motivated Investment Professional to join its Lower Middle Market Equity (LMME) initiative with a primary focus on deal origination and sourcing.
Requirements
- Source, evaluate, and qualify new investment opportunities in the lower middle market
- Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, business brokers, private equity sponsors, advisors, and company owners
- Represent Prospect Capital at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance market visibility and deal flow
- Collaborate closely with internal investment and underwriting teams to transition qualified opportunities through the investment process
- Track and manage origination activity, maintaining a disciplined and organized pipeline
- Contribute to the strategic development of Prospect’s LMME origination platform and market coverage approach
