Licensed Telehealth Therapist / Mental Health Counselor (Illinois)

Prosper Health is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. The ideal candidate is passionate about neurodiversity advocacy and has strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities.

Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
