Licensed Telehealth Therapist / Mental Health Counselor (Tennessee)

Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults. We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance, and are hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide therapy via telehealth.

Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
