Prosper Health is hiring a People Operations Lead to build people systems that will scale the company from 350 to 1,000+ clinicians over the next 12 months. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of experience in people operations or human resources within a startup, consulting, or high-growth operational roles, and will be responsible for establishing the people ops function from the ground up.
