Job Description
The Mortgage Consultant is responsible for advising clients on residential mortgage programs, promoting Prosperity Home Mortgage, and adhering to company policies and government regulations.
Requirements
- Promotes Prosperity Home Mortgage and all of its products and services
- Develops and maintains visibility for Prosperity Home Mortgage in the marketplace
- Advises prospective and existing customers on programs, rates, policies, and procedures
- Analyzes financial and credit data to recommend loan choices
- Obtains residential first mortgages while adhering to company policies and government regulations
- Services new and existing clients
- Achieves personal production and service goals
- Complies with industry-related regulations and requirements
