Job Description
The Assistant Vice President-Corporate Counsel, Product & Distribution will provide expert legal advice and support on all matters related to the development and distribution of new annuity and life insurance products.
Requirements
- Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) and bar admission required
- 7+ years of relevant experience with a law firm, insurance company, or other financial services institution
- 5+ years of progressive experience in annuities and life insurance products
- Experience working closely with Distribution, Actuarial, Product Filing and Operational functions
