Job Description
The Compliance Manager is responsible for all compliance support for the company’s life insurance product line, including regulatory implementation, oversight, and new product launch advisory support. This role serves as compliance support for new product implementations and acts as the primary compliance resource supporting Operations, Distribution, and TPA teams for life-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of insurance compliance and/or life operations experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to work with CSV files and structured regulatory reporting data
- Strong regulatory research and interpretation skills
