Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, healthcare services, or a related field
• A passion for helping people and a natural ability to communicate with warmth, clarity, and empathy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple conversations and follow-ups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using support platforms, chat tools, and documentation systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a remote team
• A “no job too small” mindset and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to work some weekend shifts as part of a rotating schedule
