Senior Consultant, Dental Practice

Our Senior Consultants work directly with DSO, DPO and Individual Dental Practices to optimize practice management/revenue cycle performance and implement practice management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or closely related field
• Five or more years' experience delivering medium-to-large-scale business solutions in a consulting role or working with a DSO or in a practice management system implementation capacity
• Experience working with dental practice management systems (such as Denticon, Open Dental, Dentrix, Epic Wisdom, etc.)
• System implementation expertise (including knowledge of Agile and Scrum techniques) preferred
• Demonstrated data manipulation and analysis skills including data migration experience during system implementations
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Demonstrated experience in organizational change management and process improvement
• Experience utilizing project management methodology and tools to accomplish work objectives
• Ability to create a positive team working environment and foster open communication
• Demonstrated ability to work well with different personalities
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time based on client need
• U.S. work authorization
• Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test and background check
