Our Senior Consultants work directly with DSO, DPO and Individual Dental Practices to optimize practice management/revenue cycle performance and implement practice management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or closely related field
- Five or more years' experience delivering medium-to-large-scale business solutions in a consulting role or working with a DSO or in a practice management system implementation capacity
- Experience working with dental practice management systems (such as Denticon, Open Dental, Dentrix, Epic Wisdom, etc.)
- System implementation expertise (including knowledge of Agile and Scrum techniques) preferred
- Demonstrated data manipulation and analysis skills including data migration experience during system implementations
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Demonstrated experience in organizational change management and process improvement
- Experience utilizing project management methodology and tools to accomplish work objectives
- Ability to create a positive team working environment and foster open communication
- Demonstrated ability to work well with different personalities
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time based on client need
- U.S. work authorization
- Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test and background check
