Data Migration Specialist

Prospyr is hiring a Data Migration Specialist to own customer data transitions and ensure every practice launches on Prospyr with clean, trusted data. The role involves migrating customer data from legacy systems into Prospyr as part of the implementation and go-live process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, implementation, or technical operations in SaaS
• Strong comfort working with CSVs, spreadsheets, and structured data
• Experience mapping data across systems with different schemas
• High attention to detail—accuracy matters
• Clear communicator who’s comfortable working directly with customers
• Ability to manage multiple migrations in parallel
• Experience with healthcare, EMR, POS, or financial data is a strong plus
• SQL experience is a plus (but not required)
