Job Description
We are urgently looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer to configure and support internal and/or external systems, troubleshoot network performance issues, and provide technical support and guidance to users. The person selected for the role will also travel to client sites and provide technical escalation support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related work experience
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, Exchange, Data Backup solutions, Virtualization, and Citrix Server
- Experience with Cisco switches and routers, Firewall and VPN administration, and MS SQL Server Administration
