Job Description
ProSync is seeking a Technical Instructor/Course Developer to support lifecycle readiness by developing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality technical training. The instructor will create, revise, and maintain technical curriculum, deliver training, and support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of general experience in technical instruction, curriculum development, or related training support activities.
- Ability to develop, revise, and maintain technical curriculum across multiple subject areas, including electronics, mechanical systems, or other specialized technical fields.
- Experience using computer-based tools to structure curriculum, create graphics, and organize instructional materials into clear, modular learning units.
- A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
- A High school diploma, vocational school certificate, or GED (minimum).
