Business Systems Analyst

ProTech Los Angeles is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work on-site in Dakota, MN. The candidate will facilitate, plan, implement, and support multiple applications, and perform research, analysis, design, and development of existing and proposed business information systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Consults with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives
• Lead requirements analysis, validation and verification
• Facilitate and assist in the definition of project scope
• Analyze the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems
• Extensive knowledge of Project Management Lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills
• Software Development Lifecycle experience (Waterfall and Agile)
• BS in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field, or equivalent experience and/or professional certification
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office
• Able to adhere to client development standards and SOX compliance
• Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Ability to write basic SQL queries
