Legal Secretary

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, seeks an experienced Legal Secretary with 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced defense firm. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to multiple attorneys, work independently on pleadings and motion preparation, and be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Kentucky State and Federal rules of civil procedures
• 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced defense firm
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Milana experience is beneficial
