Job Description
The Legal Counsel will support the General Counsel with legal analysis and evaluation, contract negotiation, compliance management, and project execution, particularly in areas like contract law and IP. The role involves maintaining standard contracts (CDA, MSA), adapting templates, and collaborating with various departments. Experience in a life sciences industry and fluency in English are preferred.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (gn) in Germany
- Successfully completed First and Second State Examinations in Law
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or the legal department of a company
- Strong expertise in contract law, intellectual property law (IP), and international business law
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical thinking and a structured working approach
- High level of responsibility, results-oriented working style, and strong team player
