Job Description
Protex AI is an AI Safety and Operations Intelligence Company looking for a DevOps Engineer to drive infrastructure efforts across cloud and edge environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE roles
- Proven experience in SRE with a focus on uptime, reliability, and system health
- Expertise in monitoring, observability, and reliability best practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation (cloud and edge)
- Experience with Unix-based operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, ECS
- Experience with database management
- Ability to deploy infrastructure across regions while maintaining GDPR and other compliance standards
- Solid knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudWatch)
- Good understanding of cloud security best practices (secrets management, threat prevention, vulnerability mitigation)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
