We are looking for a Technology Consulting Manager to join our growing Microsoft team. As a Manager, you'll partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions. You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
Requirements
- Architecting scalable, enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Leading full lifecycle delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Defining and enforcing solution architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across CE implementations.
- Strong experience with CE customizations using entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate.
- Designing and delivering integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems using Microsoft Dataverse, APIs, Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, or middleware platforms.
- Proficiency leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend and enhance CE capabilities.
- Ensuring security, compliance, and data governance across Dynamics 365 and integrated systems.
- Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
- Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
