Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Senior Manager

We are seeking a Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Senior Manager to join our growing technical accounting and financial reporting team. As a Senior Manager, you'll partner and cultivate relationships with clients to identify and manage various technical accounting and financial reporting opportunities. You will evaluate, analyze and issue US GAAP and/or IFRS accounting, as well as SEC reporting position papers for publicly traded and private companies, including private companies seeking public registration.

Requirements

• 7+ years relevant work experience in consulting, financial reporting, technical accounting, internal audit, attestation / assurance
• CPA license strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting/Finance)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
