Protiviti is looking for a Workday Financials Architect Senior Manager to join our growing Workday team. As a Senior Manager, you'll partner with our clients to identify and manage risk, develop strategies to solve complex business problems, and devise solutions to support client needs through the latest tools and methods.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with leading / managing future state design and process improvement projects focused on Record to Report (R2R) and/or Order to Cash (O2C) business functions.
- Functional and systems experience focused on R2R and/or O2C business functions.
- Serving as a solution architect, project manager and/or workstream lead for R2R and/or O2C during the design and implementation of Workday.
- Leading and performing application control reviews and risk assessments for customers running Workday, Oracle, SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Assessing Workday in the context of a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Workday Accounting Center, Adaptive and/or Prism is a plus
- Knowledge of segregation of duties concepts, sensitive access and experience in user access security including design and configuration of Workday, Oracle Cloud, and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
- Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
- Strong network and relationship with Workday Account Executives and Services leadership and demonstrated experience leveraging that network to identify and bring in new Workday opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop Workday implementation and optimization proposals and lead oral presentations for potential clients
- Demonstrated ability building a Workday practice including training other team members, developing methodologies and tools to facilitate Workday implementations, making them more efficient and consistent.
- Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
- Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
