Protiviti is looking for a Workday SCM Functional Architecture Manager to join their growing Workday team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management. They will partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Workday SCM modules
- Serving as a Workday SCM workstream lead during implementations
- Developing, maintaining and updating the Workday SCM implementation plan
- Preparing for and leading Workday SCM design workshops
- Configuring Workday SCM and facilitating user testing
- Leading and participating in supplier master data harmonization, conversion and validation efforts
- Designing and implementing solutions leveraging process automation, IoT, big data, AI/ML, predictive analytics, and blockchain
- Partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Familiarity with Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management systems
- Implementing best practices for Workday SCM
- Conducting gap analysis between business needs and Workday capabilities
- Leading and performing Workday application control reviews and risk assessments
- Assessing a Workday SCM platform in the context of a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort
- Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data
- Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network
- Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams
