CNC Supervisor

Protolabs is seeking a CNC Supervisor to manage the daily activities of the manufacturing shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead/supervision/management, manufacturing, and creating a culture of safety and accountability.

Requirements

• Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of lead/supervision/management experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to foster results-oriented, continuous improvement culture
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a computer (Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook) and calculator
• Able to be licensed to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, overhead crane hoist, etc.)
• Good written and oral communication skills; ability to read and write English
• Effective coaching and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
• Ability to be self-directed and effectively work with minimal supervision
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and electronic work instructions
• Strong attention to detail
