Job Description
Join our team as a Shift Supervisor! Oversee day-to-day operations, lead and develop the shift team, ensure safety and quality standards, meet production targets, and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of lead/supervision/management experience.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in CNC machining, additive manufacturing, finishing, or kitting/fulfillment.
- Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar QMS; familiarity with SPC and basic metrology.
