Driver / Medical Transportation Provider

We are seeking drivers to transport people to and from their medical appointments. Drivers get to create their own schedules and are paid for every member loaded mile they complete.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years
• Have a clean driving record with no more than (2) violation or at fault accident within the last (3) years
• Be able to pass a drug screen and a complete criminal background check
• Own an Android or iOS Smartphone
• Complete CPR certification course and CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training course
• Have a vehicle that is model year 2010 or newer and pass a Provado inspection
