Job Description
Become a Mobile Care Professional with Provado, driving members of select health plans to and from their dialysis appointments.
Requirements
- Must live in the Santa Ana area.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
- Must have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years).
- Must have a good Driving Record - No more than one (1) moving violation or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no license revocations or suspensions in the past 5 years.
- Must complete and successfully pass Drug Screening, including marijuana.
- Must own an Android or iOS smartphone (or be willing to obtain).
- Must be CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete).
- Must complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (2–3 hrs each; provided)
