Driver / Medical Transportation Provider

Become a Mobile Care Professional with Provado Mobile Health, driving people to and from their medical appointments. Desired shift: Monday through Friday, with the ability to create your own schedule. Earnings are paid out weekly via direct deposit.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• 2 years of driver's license experience
• Owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition (model year 2009 or newer)
• Clean driving record with no more than 1 violation or at fault accident within the last 3 years
• Pass a drug screen, including marijuana
• Pass a complete criminal background check (no felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years)
