Driver / Medical Transportation Provider

Become a Mobile Care Professional with Provado Mobile Health, transporting people to and from their medical appointments, with a daily minimum of $120.00 and weekly pay via direct deposit.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years
• Own a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition
• Have a clean driving record with no more than (1) violation or at fault accident within the last (3) years
• Pass a drug screen including marijuana
• Pass a complete criminal background check
• Own an Android or iOS Smartphone
• Complete CPR certification course
• Complete CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training course
• Complete NSC’s Driver Safety Course online
