Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Part-Time Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 direct services to clients with an Autism Spectrum Disorder using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Requirements
- Provide 1:1 direct services to clients with an Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home, school, or clinical setting
- Implement all teaching plans and programs developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collection of data for each goal/objective during each session or as frequently as defined in the ABA treatment plan
- Follow behavior plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
- Act as an ambassador for Proven Behavior Solutions and the industry; maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with client’s caregiver(s)
- Communicate any clinical or family concerns to immediate supervisor in a timely manner
- Participate in regular staff training
- Attendance at monthly team and staff meetings
- Completion of daily client notes
