Requirements
- BCBA certification with at least 5 years of experience
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong ability to manage people, priorities, and competing demands
- Experience working with a range of client skill levels and behaviors
- Clear communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- CPR/BLS certification and valid driver’s license
