Job Description
The Proven IT Director of Learning and Development is a leader in developing and coaching managers and employees within the organization. This role involves business process improvement, content development, and training for L&D, sales coaching, and employee development. The Director's goal is to improve performance, productivity, and results through data-driven training and a robust learning and development program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, organizational development or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience including designing, developing, and delivering sales training sessions
- 5+ years of sales coaching skills
- 5+ years of management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work out of the Proven IT headquarters up to 3 days a week and be onsite to other sales offices
