Dementia Mental Health Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Parkview

Providence Health Care's Mental Health Program is now accepting applications for casual nurses to join their team at Parkview, a tertiary mental health older adult behaviour stabilization unit at Youville long-term care facility. Requirements

• Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives or in Residential Care and Mental Health
• One year recent experience in acute psychiatry or tertiary mental health or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) procedures appropriate for the area of service
