Job Description
Providence Health Care is offering a Registered Nurse position in the Post Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU) with a training opportunity to become a Critical Care RN. The position includes a fully funded critical care education program through BCIT.
Requirements
- Registered nurse in Canada in good standing and eligible for registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Minimum of 1-2 year medical or surgical experience
- Demonstrated competence in performing CPR procedures
- Experience in teamwork, decision-making and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated a teaching aptitude
- Proficient in clinical leadership
