Registered Nurse, Hospice

As a Staff Nurse, you'll work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure patients/residents receive comprehensive support. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and referrals as necessary.

Requirements

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Demonstrated competence in performing CPR procedures
• Experience in teamwork, decision-making and conflict resolution
• Demonstrated a teaching aptitude
• Proficient in clinical leadership
