Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing comprehensive care to hospice patients and families, including case management, supervision, documentation, and communication with interdisciplinary team members. This role focuses on managing patient needs within the context of terminal illness and bereavement. The RN collaborates with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and support.

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health.
• Equivalent experience or licensure may be considered.
