Chief of Service Integration

The Chief of Service Integration performs all responsibilities in a manner that supports and advances the Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) mission, values, and philosophy, consistently serving as a role model for operational excellence, accountability, and stewardship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business Management, or related field; or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years of technical leadership and supervisory experience.
• 15+ years of total relevant IT experience.
• 8+ years supporting Epic EMR environments within a healthcare setting (preferred).
• Proven success leading large-scale, Tier-1, highly available infrastructure platforms.
• Architecture-level understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and virtual access technologies.
• Strong technical aptitude paired with executive-level communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent, high-risk initiatives across complex organizations.
• Excellent collaboration, team-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-visibility, high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
