Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in compensation, finance, regulatory, HR, project management, or consulting environments
- 8+ years of leadership experience
- Bachelorās Degree in Health Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent education/experience
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) (preferred upon hire)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to develop dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data
