Job Description
We are seeking a Director Quality to plan, design, direct, and execute performance improvement work in alignment with the Value Triple Aim (Quality, Service, and Cost Excellence). The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a clinical field, 5 years of experience in performance improvement and leadership of quality programs, and certifications in performance improvement.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a clinical field
- 5 years of experience in performance improvement and leadership of quality programs
- Certifications in performance improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, CPHQ)
- Strong knowledge of data management and analytics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Skills in Change Management
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
