Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or seven years of related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of proven success in a commercial banking environment, relationship manager or similar sales role, with a focus on new client acquisition and business development
- Proven record of Business Development and new client acquisition
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong negotiations skills
- Strong understanding of all banking products and treasury management services
- Strong credit analysis, risk analysis and commercial lending skills
- Strong relationship management skills; demonstrated tactical business development and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, including credit
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet client needs
- Monitors and research market/industry trends and business outcomes to anticipate client needs and present proactive solutions
