Job Description
As a Director of Project Management - Land Development/Master Planned Communities, you will lead and oversee land development projects from pre-acquisition to completion, managing project teams, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring efficient execution to maximize project value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Land Development, Real Estate Finance, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in land development project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong project management skills, excellent leadership, effective communicator, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of real estate finance
