Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support our real estate development projects with accurate, timely, full-cycle accounting, from initial budgets through project completion. As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee all financial management and reporting functions tied to active ground-up development projects, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strategic alignment across every phase of the process.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of accounting experience with ground-up real estate development, operating assets, and/or partnership-level accounting.
- Real Estate software experience: Yardi, Excel.
