Job Description
Preferred Hospitality, Inc. is seeking an experienced and energetic Catering Manager for its University Food Service environment in Glendale, AZ. This full-time position involves event planning and execution, staff management, inventory control, and client relationship building, emphasizing a positive event experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a strong team and service.
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in catering or the food industry
- Proven successful leadership and people skills
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Ability to read and speak Spanish (a plus)
- Ability to calculate food/beverage quantities
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Suite
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
