Job Description
We're looking for an Automation & Modern Workplace Consulting Manager to help shape the future of Modern Work and deliver solutions to our clients.
Requirements
- Senior consultant or delivery leader experience
- Deep expertise in professional services/consulting-based organisations
- Strong consulting background in the Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace ecosystem
- Experience designing and delivering solutions across M365, workflow automation, governance, portals, information management, identity/security alignment etc.
- Proven experience shaping proposals, SoWs, estimates, and delivery approaches
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern consulting delivery
- Business analysis competence and the ability to simplify complex ideas for senior stakeholders
- A genuine drive to coach, mentor and uplift others
