Group Insurance - Disability Claims Specialist

The Disability Claims Specialist (DCS) is accountable for direct support of the Team Lead on the claim team ensuring optimal claims handling and timely, accurate decisions of the claim team.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in complex STD, Absence and Paid Leave claim management
• Exceptional claim/risk management skills and technical knowledge in contract interpretation and administration
• Demonstrated success at coaching others to elevate performance
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
